MEET THE FOUNDER

The Intuitive Executive

Hey! I am Ashley, the founder of Ashley J. Eng. My extensive admin and operations journey started after my stepmother passed away from cancer. She encouraged me to go back to school (I was a hostess at the time) where I learnt Admin and Bookkeeping skills. Fast-forward to now, I have worked in Property Management, a startup company, a hair salon, a co-working space and a retail store in various admin roles all the way from receptionist, creating my own role as an onboarding specialist to an Executive Assistant.

Yearning for more flexibility to travel, working with visionary leaders, and lifestyle freedom, I started my own business!

I believe in being joyful, attentive, proactive, and holistic in my approach to my work. It is what creates loyal and trustworthy bonds in the partnerships created.
