It was August 8, 2018 when the road to my self-empowerment really made me move. A good friend of mine had recommended the boxing studio UNDRCARD in Calgary AB, Canada. This consisted of group workouts in the form of boxing. I had tried kick boxing once a long time ago and enjoyed it. Never did I feel the want or need to try group fitness, yet at this point I was open to it.

In the month of May a death emerged (again) from my family. The death of my great uncle Rudi Engbrecht. His funeral was held virtual through the funeral homes website. Around one thousand people tuned in. You might be thinking to yourself that is a lot right?
