Ashley J. Eng grew out of my 10+ years working in admin, bookkeeping, and executive support across startups and small to medium businesses.
What started as a passion for meaningful freelance work evolved into something more specific: I became the person who walks into a team, sees what others don't have the capacity to notice, and builds the systems that make everything run better.
I work best when I have a real mission to get behind. Give me a team that cares about what they're building, and I'll find every operational gap quietly costing them energy and fix it.

I sit in your meetings, review your tools, and interview each team member about their full workflow. Nothing is assumed.
I use an AI note taker so nothing is missed. The result is a clear friction map, where the manual work is quietly costing you. -
Month 2 — Build and Implement
We align on what needs to be fixed or automated. I build the systems, clean the tools, and implement what the audit identified
Out-of-scope items are flagged before any extra work begins.

You receive everything needed to run these systems without me, whether internally or with a new hire stepping into a defined role.
